For those who know the dilemna concerning my house sale in New Mexico..this one will do you in.....as it did me. I just read an e.mail from the lawyer for the bank who loaned my neighbor the $123k on my property.....she says that the bank can keep a partial hold on my mortgage unless I sign an agreement to not seek damages???????????? Can I not get a break? Ever? This devestates me. I have to have the $ to go to nursing school. I cannot work and go to school. I'm too old and too tired. For that malarkey about God never giving you more than you can handle.......bull pucky.....I can't handle this!
