Based on what I have read, the fuel-cell technology has a lot of promise. When they are further developed, and when pricing can compete, I will buy one.

Thirty years ago, President carter wanted to put us on course to be energy independent by the turn of the century. A large part of his program involved alternative sources of renewable energy. Unfortunately every administration since then has ignored the issue, and the fossil fuels are polluting our air and water more and more.

Hybrids are an improvement, but still need to be filled with gasoline.

Did you ever see the movie, "Who Killed the Electric Car?"?
