Can you feel a switch coming or at least sometimes?
Sometimes I have no idea
Sometimes i can't hear, or my hand reaches and touches my neck, or my hands hurt and then loss feeling. I was thinking, would it be a good idea to tell hubby this or maybe it would just backfire and alts would do something else?
What ways do u notice a switch coming?
How many times a day is normal for switchiness?
I seem to lots in my book but have no idea if this is just me and what do i do to not feel so switchy, sheesh. I'm tired, my head hurts, scared, sad, angry, twisted, guilty, bored, restless ....all in a day is so hard
