Put yourself outside and breathe ... the sun and nature helps so much for depression.. i know what that feels like not to get out of bed .. or even want to talk to anymone. When spring arrived i would watch close to see plants coming up out of the ground .. even a ant excited me because i knew warm weather was coming and i could get out of the house.. i am not a sun goddess i just love being outside during the day ..the sun is energizing - the vitamins that come from it is amazing!
