I gave the game a break to test the over stimulation idea. Sleep was better, but still not great.

I am beginning to suspect Topamax. While it is supposed to have a calming effect, it can also have a stimulating effect as well. So, I took mine this morning. Let's see what happens tonight.

I am proud to say I have been Bipolar symptom free since January. I wish I could share it with everyone.
