My son is taking Strattera because he has tics which he has had for a long time, long before his dx of ADHD in April 2008 and his doctor didn't want to prescribe a stimulant but I am starting to think the Strattera isn't working the best. He is doing better in school but having mood swings and tantrums really bad. I have read some articles that stimulants can help. Any suggestions on a good stimulant?

9 year old son-ADHD, Chronic Motor Tic Disorder, and Depression-Taking Strattera 36 mg and Risperdal 0.50 mg.
