oh hey - me too. nice to know it isn't just me. but t can't figure out how to get to info w/o triggering worse. so she just backs off. which i think is also working some because it shows me that i get to stay "in control" and not her and she knows that i try to get her the info and will try to keep from switching and will stop talking if i feel a takeover happening. it works better than other ts' trying to push me and then we would just go mute. =)
