scales always tell me the same thing, no change, same weight as when i was a teen (thats been sometime ago)
always barely above starving level.. i know partly its my own training which keeps me this way ...food is more like work than enjoyment.. i watch the adds for the foods that i enjoy.. i like simple cooking tho.. get it over with..
i know a lot of my thinking is influenced by my surroundings... i dont try to be thin, but i am..
i drink a lot of liquids tho to keep me sustained.. ive always heard liquid vitamins are the best so i do what i can to take all my essentials which ive learned over time are not necessarily contained in our packaged food life..
i could stand to gain some weight.. i look for high calorie products... im rather stupid about nutrition tho.. i just try to follow what was taught in school so many years ago but i find food manufacturers are focused on the business line m ore than the health line...
ive learned to watch out for deceptive advertising.. this is my health we're talking here... sorry if they need to make a buck, but i need to breathe...
slowly advertisers are catching on to the health food wave... its a switch to go from burgers to healthy and nutritious wraps or salads, but i like the thought of watching my grandchildren grow...
