My struggles exactly! I'm sitting on this fence and not taking the plunge into very difficult issues because if I admit them outloud they're real. Now someone else in the world has heard what happened and it has brought the skeleton out of the closet.

Thankfully my T knows about this fear and is working very gently with me on it.

I'm glad chaotic was able to be honest and open with their T and feel heard and supported.
