I've been on almost every AD known to man kind and am now on Emsam which is a patch. Its an MAOI but if you keep it below 20 mg you don't have to the special diet. I'm on 6mg and it is working pretty good so far. The suicidal ideations are pretty much gone which is a good thing. Before I started on the patches I thought about it everyday and now don't dwell on it so much.
