While we recognize these issues (and hence why I started the Thursday Q&A sessions at 3pm in the afternoon here in the U.S.), we are reliant on volunteers stepping forward to host the chat on a weekly basis.

There's nothing we can do outside of asking for additional volunteers as time goes by...
