I'm glad you got some benefit from this treatment. It was only just introduced to me this week. I don't think the eye movement did much for me, but the visualizing and thinking about a trigger certainly did. I was very unsettled that night. The feelings subsided somewhat after doing the EMDR exercise I was shown; however they quickly resurface when I stopped doing it. I don't think I've gotten the whole treatment procedure yet.
