Sounds like a very good plan.
I am practicing yoga - more for the teachings of how to sit still and breathe through the uncomfortable things.
it is helping me to remember to "return to the breath".
to be an observer and remember that i am not my thoughts or feelings. i can watch them and let them pass.
i am really new to this, but it is helping.
