Me again.

Ok, I think I have accessed all the right windows, and clicked on all the correct things (and not on ICS! since I'm using a router...)

Now,
the host computer is XP and runs the network wizard, which won't run on the Vista computer. I have to manually set it up?
the Vista/wireless says the host network is hidden or the wireless network settings don't match the settings of the network. (Ya think??? )
the vista/wireless diagnostics says (in response to diagnosing the problem) to make sure the network settings match the router or access point settings.

Wish I'd bought another XP using computer! I almost installed xp when I had to wipe the harddrive and reinstall vista ... hmmmmm

Am I having fun yet?

What if.... I plug the router into the Vista, and pretend it will be the host.. .will it automatically set it up with the same settings then?

edit: would you believe the battery on the vista/wireless just died? Guess I have to drag the power cord into the office now too. I'm too silly!
