My son recently turned 10 yrs old & we have found places throughout the house as to where he's been chewing. It started about a yr ago w/ ALL the remote controls in the house, then the fringes on the cushions in the living room. Recently, we've discovered that he's chewed the drywall on the mantle to the split-foyer's living room along the edges & then the wooden coffee table's edges, also a photo album that was sitting on the coffee table. All positions are facing the television, so I thot maybe he had gotten bored while watching cartoons, but it's still very disturbing.
I'm an adult that was diagnosed in 5th grade as having ADHD as well & have seen many things that he is doing that I did, but I never chewed on inanimate objects.
Any suggestions?
