I know how you feel, I feel like crap most days and I post here myself but no one really replies to them, and I'm afraid to go on to the chat rooms, I feel I don't belong there. But if I feel that way, maybe others feel the same and that is why there is never anyone there. I don't know what to tell you about working when you feel like crap, when I did work I cried most days at my desk, stayed to myself and hated everyone. The only thing you can do, is when you feel like your about to break down, go an take a short walk, take deep breathes or even go to your car a screem to release stress. One thing all the counselors say is drink, drink, drink plenty of water, when you body lacks water, it also contributes to our feelings. They also say take fish oil tablets w/ omega, and vitamin B-12, cut back on sugars and caffine.
