it's very wrong...........i can't get my mind around the fact that they know i've sold the house and that we need to close.......they would hold this up because they don't want me to seek damages. let's see, we started to close last March..2004....my legal expenses since then have rounded out to about $12k....i have no damage???? and the emotional part has almost killed me.....i'm so down about it. it's my future and it's being eaten up by the legal expense of trying to stay on top of it and also keeping the buyer from bolting.....the first buyer bailed in November..........thanks for the good wishes. i really need them........
