I'm diabetic... gimme a couple of cokes and I'm stoned for hours.. lol Ok.. game plan: NO sugar! I also stay off of starch, anything made with white flour, sweet veggies (like carrots).
From what I understand, hypoglycemics have to stay off the sugar, starch, carbs, white flour..etc as well because they FLY up then come CRASHING down.....
