I had a really bad time in school. (parents divorced in 10th grade, grandmom had a heart attack, switched schools like 100 times.) I disassociated myself from making friends, not that I was depressed just didn't want to bother with them. I rapped myself into sport (softball) so much that I didn't have time to think about all the crap that was going on. I also enjoyed art and when I was feeling overwhelmed I would paint or drawl. Try not to dwell on everything, concentrate on your grades, getting into a good college and find a hobby that you like and sink yourself into it.
As for the OCD getting worse, I don't know anything about that, you should probably contact your therapist. All the added stress is probably making it worse.
