i would be very concerned.. about you getting surgery.. and I mean no ill intentions...

treating an ED with surgery - have they counseled you... and have you been honest... because.. frankly.. the first time after surgery.. that you binge.. you may very well hurt yourself... because.. ED's.. are different.. than just "over eating"..

myself.. having an ED... if I were to have surgery.. it would not change.. the "binge" cycle... because it is very much emotional based... so... I could have the surgery... and.. damage myself.. very badly..

this is a very frank e-mail... I realize that... and not... probably what you want to hear... a few years ago.. I would be furious.. if someone told me.. what I am telling you..

I have been anerxioic.. bulemic.. binge with no purge... eat normal.. with purge..

so.. think long and hard.... about this...
