i live in south florida. even with a/c everywhere there are still times that the electricity is off or the a/c breaks down. it can be miserable. oh, and 31c is about 87f. 34 would probably mid to upper 90s, that is what our temp will be consistently till late october

also, keep hair up off of your neck, wet your hair, and cool water run on your feet and or forearms helps too.
