cat eye, i took myself off of a BUNCH of meds...on my own. it was the best move that i'd ever made. of course, i was being medicated for a dx that i didn't have...that's another post

anyhow, it was one of the best moves in my life. i post this hesitantly, because there are many who NEED their meds and shouldn't attempt this. i didn't need the meds that i was on. i was overmedicated...even for the dx that was wrong.
