It is ok to ask me just about anything here, I find that the people I 've met on here and friends I 've made make it very easy for me to talk about my illnesses because they share in the same problems. The panic espisodes are part of my pyschosis diagnosis but a Neurologist who treats me for Narcolepsy that was recently diagnosed says that the panic episodes can be in part due to the Narcolepsy..........who really knows!

The Perphenazine is part of my sedation cocktail for bedtime but I also take Xanax twice during the day and 2 pills at bedtime and seems to be helping with the panic.

How are you doing tonight? Have you been taking meds for a long time?
