
Candybear, you've had a good run! Take a break and recharge, and that will give you time to reflect on better ways to approach or respond to whatever it is at work that takes so much from you. Then, when you return, you may be able to go an even longer distance before a break. (BTW everyone needs breaks, they call them vacations. Suffering with mental unwellness causes a need for more breaks, that's all.)
