It has been so hot ahd humid here in WV. I have central AC and I just had a new "high efficiency" model installed, but I find it runs all the time if I set the temp too low, and that's not good. It has been in the 90's here and very humid. I take an SSRI, and have done so for many years, that makes me heat intolerant. Recently, I bought some cheap fans and keep them going near where I sit, and they do help immensely! Get some fans, Rain!
