Hi Razzleberry,

I all too often would deal with these very same emotions. The guilt of past behavior and the "acts" of the night before.

If these situations happened at work, be sure to have a open and honest conversation with an HR representative at your company. You want to make them aware of your situation that was you have someone "in your corner".

Next, all you can do is apologize for your behavior and if the person accepts your apology, good! If not, don't be too terribly hard on yourself. Nobody is perfect and I am sure that person has many things they wish they could take back or erase from their behavior scorecard.

Hugs to you!
