My T says co con thing could get worse, but i think it was just my dad ..... and step brother saying they're not good right now .... he is treating my kids like he treated me when i was young .... like history repeating itself. Thank goodness Tonys parents are good grandparents ...... just scared me a little yesterday ..... i took myself out away from my son ..... then went to bed .....i slept all night too, which is good for me ....

thanks everyone, i appreciate your care .... Muffy i think the deep therapy is making things worse, bringing back all sorts really, stuff i never remembered before .... it seems to be coming back in jigsaw pieces .... I'll be ok, have to do this in order to heal .....
