fleas live in soft furnishings , like inside sofas and like also carpets and pet bedding , maybe work on clearing the room then get a spray to spray furniture , as you are using frontline keep using it as the fleas stop laying eggs and die of, if the pets go else where in the house check other rooms for fleas like bedrooms
good luck , here i got pest control in to spray the whole house, while the pets were being treated
