You don't need to apologize for taking the time you need to take of yourself. One of the best bits of wisom that I've kept from one of my old mentors is that in order to take care of others, we first must make sure to take care of ourselves. Take all the time you need, and we'll help you along the way. I'm sure you'll be back to helping others in no time!
