A New Chat will begin on Depression using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) on Sunday @ 8:00pm - 9:00pm. I am excited about meeting You!

My name is Holmes, & I will be hosting this Chat. I am a 53 yr. old female, divor. no children, & I work at The Philadephia Police Crime Lab (before Crime Labs became popular,lol)
My Dx: Major Depression-over 35 years, BPD, Bipolar,& SI.

I've found CBT to be extrememly helpful in working out & getting over my depressions faster & I believe CBT can help you too! Because 1) it's easy, fast 2) very effective 3)studies show great results!
It is based on the idea "you feel what you think", "change your thoughts-> change your feelings!". We can also focus on Depression in general: the symptoms, the causes, treatments, how you can help yourself,& where you can get help.

If you would like to share your ideas, ask questions, just listen in, or gain some info., I look forward to meeting you
