what has helped me lately is finding inner peace.. from there i am able to approach more of my daily tasks from a place of quiet strength, compassion, and kindness...
the things that may give each of us inner peace (inner strength) vary.... having confidence that we can reach our goals is part of the peace.. even if we dont reach the ultimate, we can feel more peaceful knowing we have done our best today and in this moment...
