I became a member here about 4-5 months ago. During that time I very rarely posted. It's only in the last 3-4 days that I've been posting a lot (because of my extreme panic and anxiety).

A few days ago (what was I thinking??) I created a political poll asking about party affiliation. I was just curious and did'nt see any harm in it. My motives were completely innocent. Most people did'nt seem to mind at all but when I used the term "traditional family" someone here responded as though they were offended and then the next day another person also seemed a bit offended. Also, a few times I know I have probably acted somewhat defensively and I apologize for that. I have not been in my right mind lately and of all the people on earth, I know you people can surely relate to that.

I just want to say that I never meant any harm. I don't want to lose any of you as friends. I am sorry for using the term "traditional family". I never meant to offend anyone. I don't really care what party you belong to, wether you are male or female, underweight or overweight or even if you have a big eye in the center of your head (honestly, I REALLY don't!). What matters most about people to me, is that they are compassionate, freindly, non-judgemental and understanding.

Anyway, I just felt like I needed to share that (for whatever it's worth).
