It does make sense.....I know can relate to that noise around me & so many things going on that I don't know where to even start working on anything.....sometimes I just want to curl up in my bed & wait for my mind to sort it all through then I can come out functioning again. I need the quiet of my sleep.....& between that, my nice warm shower to wash all the loudness away.

It will pass......but it takes time & we have to be willing to wait as we can't seem to make it go away on our own & the more we try, the more stressed we get.
