Adderall = mixed amphetamine salts, including d-amphetamine and l-amphetamine (chemical mirror images of each other)
Vyvanse = Lisdexamfetamine, which is broken down into the amino acid lysine and d-amphetamine (the active drug)
If you want an extended release form of Concerta, there is now a patch that you wear called Daytrana, which releases methylphenidate continuously. With this maybe you wouldn't need to supplement late in the day.
