I don't think others are capable of seeing what we see because we're seeing idiosyncratically. Have you ever wished your T could be with you back in time? That's the same thing kind of? One can't get there from here. The point back in time is important to us, and I think T's see that and understand that, but the way we approach that point and try to work with it is part of our individual "struggle" to understand using our own minds/hearts/psychology and no one else can enter into it because it's all in our own heads that way.

I don't think it is wrong or bad to want T's and others to be in it with you. I eventually taught myself a little trick of giving credit to my T for "trying" to understand instead of only understanding. Noticing how hard my T was listening and trying to comfort me and be with me got to representing the real thing. I began to realize I knew where she "was" and that I could go there when things got tough in my inner world and she'd understand that much.
