Angela, what a smart sweet woman you are and have been to "get this" so early in life. You are amazing. I wonder if it makes sense to share this poem with your dad? I wonder if sharing the pain with him would be helpful? Especially if you say what you told us, that he has already changed the cycle to some extent. Seems like the 2 of you could connect around this. I don't know, I would never dream of doing what I am puposing but what about seeing your T together?
