IG, I have noticed some changes! Your avatar is lighter and more joyful. You offer supportive remarks to others. These sound authentic and heartfelt -- meaning that you are now letting us see your heart.

And this is really the most beautiful part of every human, isn't it? The part you wish other people would acknowledge and honor in you. The compassionate heart that we can perfect by patiently polishing away our ego-selfish behaviors and substituting behaviors that offer others the love and support we want for ourselves.
