jbug, can you take it right as you are going to bed so the dizziness won't happen when you're awake? Or, notice how long after you take it that the dizziness begins so you can plan to be in bed by then.

I took this drug for a while. One of my first. It did help me to sleep but the 'hangover' effect was something I didn't like so I went on to to something else.
