well im a male with a female therapist (before termination).....after several discussions about my feelings towards her it became apparent she was " troubled" by my presence.......

I made a strong sexual comment about her during one session, and after about a year she brought it up during the therapists weekly meeting/sessions.....I guess another therapist told her she should terminate me because of my feelings towards her

I cant comment on female client/male therapist relationships although there is much more info on that type versus male client/female therapist

all I know is it ended without a warning ....

the whole experience has made me hesitant to even go back even with a male therapist
