((((((((((((((((((((hereiam))))))))))))))))))))) You are very strong to not cut. Do you know what is causing you distress that you feel you have no other way to cope? Can you call a t? Do something to distract you? What coping mechanisms did you use over the last years that helped you through some hard times? If you want there is a sticky at the top of the forum for suggestions of things to do if you feel you need to SI. Maybe those will help?
