thinking about you. I was in that space tonight - and tried a swallow of liquer. and you know what? It had no appeal. I spat it out. I am hoping for you that you can find better ways of coping and protecting your mind and self from harm. And that you find the old harmful ways to have no appeal. New ways in their place.
