I loved Mr. Bill too -- even had a Mr. Bill pin that my mom bought me when I broke my leg -- he had a cast on his, too. But what I remember most is the little song: "Here comes Mr. Bill's dog."

It would have been interesting to meet the guy who wrote those sketches! You gotta wonder what HIS mental health was like.
