It's always a good idea to evaluate along the way, imo. I do think it's important to realize there's a difference between a lull in therapy, a natural break where only light topics are discussed, and a time to end therapy.

You said there's more to work on, so I wouldn't consider #2 an option.

If you stop, will you truly go back, or will you put it off and make excuses?
If you stop now and then go back, will you feel like a failure for needing to go back?
Is it easier to just continue to go, or is there an insurance issue?

If you can't decide, then continue to go, until you are sure about something. You can always take a 2 week break, like a regular vacation. When does T take vacation btw?
