I know I stop (usually) seeing a T over the summer because of the school thing... sometimes I like a break, sometimes I don't. But taking a break for 2-3 weeks before having an appt is always useful for processing stuff (and nothing says that you aren't allowed to make an appt sooner if you really need it either!)
