(((((radio))))) Bringing his gun out to clean it is an act of aggression in my opinion. Why the hell is he cleaning it so much anyway? Where is he using it? I am so happy that this guy is going to be out of your hair! I would highly recommend that Bob update the rental agreements for all future tenants including a clause that states that guns are not to be on the premises and if they are discovered the tenant will be immediately evicted and forfeits his security deposit.
