Good Morning!(((((((wanttoheal)))))))))))))) I am exceedingly happy to see that you are still here for today...that's the secret! If YEARS of A.A./N.A./E.M., etc! taught me anything is about taking it "one day at a time" But, personally I believe in the saying, "Baby Steps" It means taking each individual day & get through it with like a "checklist" Just one tiny moment to the next to get you through the entire day. I know it sounds..... But it works...I do it every day because with this Dx (MPD/DID) just one little thing can trigger or make you "freak out"
but deal with it at that second....take another baby step & continue on. Sweetie, this Dx can seem to sap your entire life's energy at times....I KNOW!!! It did/does it to me still quite often. The answers will come...promise! In the meanwhile, rest as often as possible, (and don't "club yourself for "being weak") You will need al the energy possible to work your way through all the "bummer days" Trust me, IT DOES GET BETTER! In the meanwhile, It's all part of "the process"
