Try knocking off all colas and caffeine early, like noon, and food that stimulate you.

Also, try reading instead of some intense tv drama, or try a light comedy or something, then a hot shower or bath.

I like warm honey milk but chamomile and passionflower tea will help you also.

Try all the natural approaches you can. Valerian root comes in pill form and you can take recommended amount 30 minutes before bed. That could help too.

If and when you get you clock back, try to stay on schedule.

Have a routine at night and stick with it.

If these things do not help you, you might see your MD. about checking out a sleep disorder or anxiety problem.
