I'm so glad that things are working out finally. When I think of all that you've gone through with this tenant... This guy is scarey! And it sounds like he's not making nice with the other people in his life either. I agree that he needs to learn some respect; although not the method that the other gentleman suggests.

I'm sure that things will settle down for you once you see the last of him!
