If you merely meant evolution as a progress of things to come, well that's different. However, it isn't really so much in our future as here now. Science and technology has been invading and complimenting and studying the human body for decades already. I have a doctor friend who began teaching other doctors about the nano-robots physically mapping human brains back in the 80s (not to mention Jarvik.)
