I had a session with T yesterday that went well. It will be interesting to see if it is easier to make it to the next session. Just thought I'd share something positive

Last session, I asked T if he would start sharing his thoughts/feelings with me as they are happening. He did this and it made a huge difference. He explained about a time when he was "frustrated" (actually not during that session) or angry but he also included why and described it more. I am not hurt nor devastated, but actually feel relieved. He also described how he felt in regard to a positive situation, which was nice. I think this is going to help me move forward. We shall see.

For now, I'm going to enjoy the Peace.
